For the purpose of our website analytics and regular improvements, we use the Google Analytics that is provided by Google LLC (www.google.com). The automatically generated information about the visits on our website is transmitted to and stored on a Google server in the United States. Google LLC is certified to the EU-US-Privacy Shield. It means that Google based on the agreement signed between the USA and the European Commission is recognized as an entity ensuring an adequate level of data protection. The Google Analytics tool uses IP anonymization. That means, that your IP address, when collected by Google Analytics is shortened beforehand and transmitted by Google in anonymized form (in Member States of the European Union or in other states which are party to the Agreement on the European Economic Area). Google Ads (Google Adwords) and remarketing


Besides Google Analytics, we use the services of Google Ads to draw attention to our offer and advertise our website in Google search results and on other external websites. For this purpose, we use ad server cookies, through which certain parameters for measuring the success of our activities, like insertion of ads or clicks made by users, can be defined. If you access our website via a Google ad, Google Ads stores a cookie on your device that usually expires after 30 days and is not identifying you personally. We do not collect and process any personal data in the advertising measures. We only receive statistics from Google that help us to recognize which of the carried activities are most effective. 

 

We use also the remarketing function within the Google Ads service that allows us to present to the users targeted advertisements based on their interests on other websites within the Google advertising network. For this purpose, when you visit our website, the so-called remarketing cookie of Google is set on your browser that allows us to provide this advertisement by using a pseudonymous cookie ID. and information about your visits on www.rummli.com. The above-mentioned data you provide will be stored and processed by us in order to answer your questions, requests, or for the purpose of business-related correspondence (legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR and Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR). We delete the data arising in this context once storage is no longer necessary and until your query has been resolved.

We collect information in the anonymized form about the number of queries sent via the contact form and about their specific subjects. We do it for statistical purposes. That information will help us to optimize our customer service (legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR).

If you contact us to establish a contractual relationship between us, the processing of your data takes place due to Article 6(1), first sentence, point (b) of the GDPR.

 

Link to social media

On our website, we link to our company pages on the following companies’ social media platforms: Facebook and Instagram. We use on our website buttons with the respective icons of both social network providers. Thanks to those plugins we are able to offer you the possibility to visit our profiles on Facebook and Instagram as well as to interact with social networks and their users. There is no automatic data transmission to social networks when you access our website. The social media buttons placed on our website are not fully integrated as plug-ins, so there is no automatic transmission of your data to the social network providers. The data will be transmitted only if you click those buttons and your web browser starts a connection to the respective platform.
